Francis Colegrove, Patriarch

Could someone please clear up a question that have piqued at me for some time? I have seen several references that Francis was married twice, second wife was Hannah Bailey. The part that disturbs me is: Hannah and Francis were married 1718 (Arnold's Vitals) and had children from 1721-1736. Looking at the age of younger Francis b ca 1697 I think it more likely Hannah was HIS wife, or older Francis would have been producing offspring at the age of 69, not impossible but it seems unlikely to me. Could someone clear this up? I think William's book may have confused a generation. (Just a suggested possibility on my part) HELP!, Thanks, Robin
