It could be anyone of those place Terry. I am from Wellsboro, and most of my mother's side of the family seems to have come from Farmington, Tioga, Middlebury. But as far as Ella Mae Colegrove, the only information my mother could tell me, was that she died when my Grandfather, (William Warren Southard) was about 16, which would have made her death sometime around 1925.
