Many thanks for writing. Both Crandall and Main family histories list Susannah as marrying Dewey Main and moving to N.Y. A record from Hopkinton, RI shows a "dinah" born exactly the same day as that given in the histories, and no Susanna anywhere in the area - RI or CT. So, many are willing to make the assumption that this is the same person, and your suggestion of a middle name of Dinah helps with this. I just don't know what to believe - the marriage to Dewey Main and the move to Lincklaen Co., NY, are for sure. Many thanks for the note - maybe we indeed are half-cousins??? Jean
