Guys,

Seems like William Colegrove (Published: The History and Genealogy of the Colegrove Family in America) was not crazy about the idea of some dropping the "e" in Colegorve, so he reinserted it in many as he did the lineage.
I've been making corrections as I find them, seems there are Colgrove's without the "e" at the 3rd adn 4th generations. I maybe due to the person changing it or the person who recorded thier name. check out my web page, I have the entire book of Williams there and many additional Col-e-groves.
