Bill, my information about the marriage of Nellie Colhouer and George Hobson came from a newspaper account of the wedding. The Conway Springs (Kansas) Star reported on the wedding and commented that the ceremony took place at 11 a.m. on 20 Feb 1898 in the home of the bride, located northeast of town.

I'll keep looking for more details.
