I am researching Clark E. Coltrane. He was censused in 1870 and 1880 in Marion, Iowa. Also in that vicinity at that time was a William C. Frazier, middle name probably Coltrane. Suppose this Clark E. Coltrane was the son of Nancy Coltrane daughter of David Coltrane. David Coltrane had a sister Rachel who married an Isaac Frazier. Some sources show they had a son William Frazier, but those sources have no more information. I have much information on William C. Frazier of Iowa in 1880 (he was my ancestor.) I am trying to link him to the Coltrane family. Does anyone have more information about Clark E. Coltrane of Iowa in 1880? Census shows his wife was Ruth.
