I can't help you too much -- I'm looking for information about South American Condes as well!
My Peruvian father was Victor M. Arboleda Salaverry.
His mother was also Peruvian, Susana Salaverry Chamonix.
His father (also Peruvian) was Victor M. Arboleda Conde.
I know his grandmother, who's last name was Conde, came from Spain. She was small (5' tall) and had blue eyes -- but that's all I know!
I will check with my one living aunt to ask her if she remembers her grandmother's full name and where she was from.
If I find out, I'll let you know!
