Arlene, You have listed some of the family names that I have not seen before, but have aunts with those names.
My father's sister is Ruby.
My ggrgrandfather was Alexander, and his son Archie (Archibald)was born in 1849. He had many siblings: John, Hamilton, Bess(Elizabeth), James, Sarah, David, and more names unknown.
It is believed that Alexander married an Isabelle,last name unknown.
Archie married his cousin, Mary Wood, and moved to western Nebraska around 1880's. Their children were Edward Samuel, Sadie, and Albert A.
Rev Samuel Wood was either Mary Wood's brother or father. Have not determined the connection. Rev. Wood settled in York Co., NEbraska and had children named Jennie, Mamie, Chester, and Edward,and possibly more.
Mary Wood's siblings were Charles, Allen, Bell(Isabelle(, John, Sarah,and Consheta.
Many of the Wood family is buried in the Big Springs NEbraska cemetery which is accessible on the internet. Isabella Wood was born 1845-1913 never married
Mary I Wood was born 1873-1861
Jennis Wood was born 1901-1985
Isaac V. Wood was born 1873-1946
Don't know if the above were siblings or a generation later as Mary Wood-Condy was born 1848.
