John Conger- Mary Tuttle

Has anyone out there proven the marriage of John Conger b. 1674 to Mary Tuttle b. 1681? A book 'Tuttle- Tuthill Lines in America' by Alva M. Tuttle states that Mary Tuttle married a Nathaniel Upham. She was the daughter of Edward Tuttle and Abigail___. Thanks
