John Conger was probally one of the soldiers of the Commonwealth Army, and came to Woodbridge, NJ in 1667 with his wife Mary and Son Enos. He was one of the first settlers and participated in the first distribution of lands. It is believed by some that all Congers in the US are descended from John Conger. He had a daughter, Sarah born January 1668. I have no information on Sarah's marriage or life after marriage. Hope this is of some help.
