Maxine Crowell Leonard's CONGER FAMILY OF AMERICA I: page 161 and 162
Shown living at Milan, NY where he was sued by his Nephew Benjamin W Every for the 10 sheep owed him from his grandfather's will.
His father was
Benjamin Conger
b. Abt 1757 Rahway, Union Co, NJ
d. 4 Aug 1822 Bangall, Dutchess Co, NY
bur: Mile N of Bangall, Dutchess Co, NY
Note on Benjamin Conger 1757
"Maxine Crowell Leonard's CONGER FAMILY OF AMERICA I: page 34-35
Conflict:shown birth as 1752 page 34
then shown as son of Enoch Conger pg 158 as being born abt 1764 death 1822 married to Millie
Doug Schueths believes he may of been born abt 1757. This would make him 20 at his first child's birth yet he wasn't included in his father's will as one of the administrators. Job and Enoch were each named as administrators for their father. Would this make them likely the 2 oldest sons of Enoch. Since Job's dob was 1751 and Enoch abt 1753 then it is unlikely Benjamin was older that Enoch. It may be that Benjamin was born abt 1757."
Wife of Benjamin shown as 'Millie'

Wife of Enoch
Lydia Winters
