I am sort of new at this. I have been researching my family, the Kenneys and Fowlers, in Clarke County, Georgia. I have gotten a lot of information from a couple of cousins I met online. If the research is correct, my 8th great grandfather is Gershom Conger, son of John Bel Conger and Mary Kelley. Abijah Conger and his wife Phoebe worked at the Brainerd Mission in Chattanooga. They are relatives, also. I have a family tree I am working on that has Congers, Belcongers, and Bel Congers on it. I would appreciate any information linking to Clarke County. Thanks.
