There are several John Belcongers. If you mean in England, John Belconger (1633-Nov 1666) was probably buried in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Check the St. Clemens Parish Register there. His father, also John (1589-1666) died in Nov 1666. Both died of Plague.

There was another John Belconger whose will was pr. 1451 in Hardyngham, Norfolk.
