this really doesn't have anything to help your query but I had talked to you before concerning your Phoebes
I was just looking at the 1840 census of Davison, Lapeer, Mi which is very small. There is an Able Seely age 50/60 with a family and a HG Conger 20/30 with wife (Denzia). It certainly looks like Denzia's father must be this Able. I'm guessing you already know this.

also try above - it is the Michigan death records to 1920- look up Jobe Conger= his mom is Phebe it gives her last name.
