I really doubt we are related. Long ago names were repeated much more often than today and Connell and Sullivan are common Irish surnames. I wish we could be of help to each other. If you should find some other link let me know but both the Connells and Sullivans that my great grandfather came from were born in Ireland. There is a Jeremiah Connell that lived on the same street in DC as my great grandfather. I believe they were cousins but cannot be sure. Thanks for contacting me and good luck.
