Conroy's in Canada

My great great grandfather and his brother came from Ireland as children to Chapeau, Quebec. Their names were James Joesph and Patrick.... I am just starting this search- and would appreciate any help at all. I realize this information is vague, but any information would be greatly valued.
There are still Conroy's there, although some of the family have moved to Ontario.
