Dr. Vincent J. Conroy, 96, of Highland Park, formerly of Wilmette, passed away Oct. 3, 2007, former District 3 Superintendent of Schools in Chicago, retired Navy Commander, beloved husband of the late Cecilia, nee Mulcahy; loving father of Vincent (Margie) and Mary Grace Conroy; cherished grandfather of Katie (Nick) Ozimek and Michael Conroy; dear great-grandfather of Molly; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, Oct. 19, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL, 60035. Funeral Mass Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 770 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
