It seems there may be a connection between your ancestors and mine, but I don't know what that is. I traced my Conroys back to mid 19th century in Morristown, NY, specifically living on the shores of Black Lake. The names you listed are names in the family I know, but not the same people. I had an uncle named Clifford Clair Conroy, my g-g grandfather was a Martin, and one of his sons and grandsons were Martins. I can't place my Conroys anywhere outside of, or previous to, Black Lake NY, other than g-g grandfather Martin came from Ireland, but I don't know where in Ireland or when.
