This Thomas Conroy living in Cheyenne, I've found to be my GGGGrandfather. In a 1900 census for Cheyenne, I find the family(his second family) once again, Thomas is widowed, age 64, states his family immigrated in the year 1845, I could not find any Conroy's who immigrated in the year 1845 on any passengership listings, but I found the first in 1846,Nov,30,on the ship "Empire"listing Thomas age 18, with his father Peter age 53, Mother Ann age 50,siblings, Patt age 20,Ann age 21,Mary age 16,Cath age10,Michael age 12, and Peter age 9. I have a feeling this his our Thomas.
And I will check out the web site as you have instructed and see if I can find out anything else.
