I have been in contact with Karen Kestigan who has the name 'Butterworth Constantine reoccuring in her family, seems a little co-incidental to be un-related, she descends from John Constantine a blacksmith who married Peggy Butterworth on 4th.January 1816 at Newchurch. John had a brother Benjamin who married Mary Firth on 31st.January 1819 also at Newchurch.
John's son James married Alice Hoyle and had a son 'Butterworth' born 14/09/1842.
regards
Christopher C.
