Hi Alyssa,

I'm not sure. My husband's Contois family did move from Quebec to Massachusetts. There may have been 9 children, although I haven't found that many yet. The name "Clarina", however, is not at all familiar.

My husband's family settled in Lee, MA, in Berkshire County, around the mid-1800's, then they moved further east into Hampden County.

My husband's Pierre was born around 1793. I'm not sure if the Pierre born in 1836 was his son.
