Hello Megan, I am very interested in your post about the Convey Family. I recently started my research without much infomration to go on.
My grandfater was John Foley (born 1907)- his partents James Foley and Bridget Convey Foley. I found the marriage record of James and Bridget from St. Mary's Church in Bayonne NJ (just they way you mentioned in your post).
The record shows that Bridget Kennedy is the mother of Bridget Convey - not Bridget Hennigan. I wonder if the record could be wrong - maybe your research has some other details to can confirm Hennigan (rather than Kennedy)?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you. Maureen
