John Convy 1843-1903: Australia

Looking for information on John Convy 1843 - 1903 b. Ireland died. Durban 1903. He had migrated to
Ballarat Victoria Australia and by 1869 was described as a "miner" (probably gold miner) and married a
Rose Mcallister. In 1903 on a journey to visit his homeland in Ireland he stayed for 3 months in South
Africa (perhaps to visit relatives who had settled there) but in Nov 1903 died as a result of a "fall from a
building". He was apparently buried in Durban. Maybe decendents of his relatives are still around
Durban? Sometimes the name has been spelt "Convey"
