Hello,

My grandfather was James Corduff - he was married to Catherine Melly of Donegal town. He was a policeman in the old RIC in Leitrim and elsewhere. He retired to Donegal town where he died in 1944. He had 2 sons (Philip and James) and seven daughters (Nancy, Molly, Kay, Aileen, Rose, Nora and Sydney). All daughters but Nancy lived in the UK for most of their adult lives. Philip lived in Africa for his adult life. Father Jim lived in Ireland and Scotland where he died in 1974. Nora is alive and well in Barrow in Furness at the age of 91.

Do you know of this branch of the family ?

Patsy
