Dear Rosalind,
I am searching all my children's lines back, where possible, to their country of origin. Needless to say I have had more luck with the male lines than the female ones due to the extra attention the male lines had received from family members over the years. It was only this week that I got a reference back for "Mary Anne Corey" who married John Alward and was the ancestor of my ex-husband, also named John Alward. She would have been a sister to your Jacob H Corey.Would you be willing to share information on her family? All I have are the names of her father ("Gardner" or "Gardiner")and grandparents as well as the Gordon Agren account of their derring do in Rhode Island prior to their emigration to NB as Loyalists. All the best. Judith Brannen
