Hello!

I also have Corey roots. My great great grandmother was Eliza Corey, who was born in the 1850s (1855 or 1859). She married Hiram Webster in or around 1882, and by 1901 they had had four children. I honestly don't know whether or not she is related to your family, but I know that she and her husband were living in Dunham in 1901 (which is quite close to Stanbridge). I think you could find some information on www.genealogy.gc.ca/. By clicking on "Databases", you can access the results of the 1901 census. Also, I found a lot of good facts in documents available at the Cowansville public library (e.g. marriages registered in the area since the 1850s). Anyway, I too would like to learn more about the Corey's and if you can give me more info on this family, I would surely appreciate it. Thank you!
