searching for John Cormack,N.C. 1765 ?

In searching for my Carmack line I found out that my ggg grandfather spelled his name Cormack. He lived in N.C. Although we do not know if he was born there. He was born around 1763. His son William and his wife Sara are on the 1830 census in Henry county Tenn. Williams son Green Permenta, spelled his name Carmack on his mmariage license.
John lived with William until his death. William also spelled his name Cormack. So, now we are looking at the Cormack line. John's wife's maiden name was Green. If anyone has any info please contact me. Thank You. Bob
