hi andre,
I just saw your message on the genforum corso's website and I'm puzzled about it. My granfather was deaf during the WW1. He was born in Trapani (Italy) in 1890 and he died in Montpellier (France) in 1962. My father is one his son (2 sons & 2 daughters), he's name André like you. My father's brother, called Nunzio, died few years ago in Sete (france) and he was my godfather.
By the way, aren't you my cousin 'tanou' who emigrate in australia around 1972 ?
I will be please to keep in touch with you, even if we haven't common roots.
I'm looking for news from you soon.
bruno
