CORZINE & Matlida, his wife, Joseph McCOMMONS & Sarah his wife, Thomas B. DAVIS, James O. DAVIS, Mary Ann DAVIS, Isreal W. DAVIS, Miller DAVIS, Robert DAVIS, Jefferson DAVIS, BaziL DAVIS" as heirs.Mason probably was not listed because he was the plantiff in the civil case, as adiministrtor, and the heirs listed were defendants.

I cannot find Israel on 1850 census.There are two Isreal DAVIS' listed on 1850 census index.One is in Marion County, IL and the other is in Sagamon County, IL.Neither one appear to be this Israel.
