I just began searching for my Cosgray ancestors. I am descended from Mary Olive Cosgray Headley Ruckman 1867-1932, of Wetzel and later Marshall County, WV Her parents were John Cosgray (1-14-1837 to 1-2-1905) and Emma McAllister Cosgray (1-29-1847 to 6-21-1936) of Greene County, PA, then of Wetzel County, WV. John Cosgray's parents were Ignaius and Elizabeth (don't have maiden) Cosgray. That's as far as I've gotten, and I don't have any dates or location/origin on Ignaius and Elizabeth Cosgray. Mary Olive's Cosgray Ruckman's daughter, Anna Ruckman Conner my grandmother), spoke of going to Hundred, WV for visits. There also may be a Uniontown, PA connection. I would love to hear from someone with more information on this family line. Thanks!
