I am a decendant of William Madison Cotnam. My sister Bobbie Rae Cotnam (Bray) received in a letter dated 14 Jun 1976 to:
Bill Cotnam
1415 Lloyd Drive
Midwest City OK 73130
J. Lee Cotnam
845 NE 1st Avenue
Miami FL 33132

My family tree:
3GGF Thomas Taylor Cotnam b. 1822
2GGF Bass Cotnam b. 1855
1GGF Truman P. Cotnam b. 1884?
(brother Roy Cotnam (in Texas)
(sister Nora Cotnam (Warren)
GF Rankin P. Cotnam b. 1914
(brother Donald O. Cotnam)
F J. Lee Cotnam (this letter) b. 1942
S Marcus Lee Cotnam b. 1962

This letter goes on to mention that Thomas Taylor Cotnam came from England and may be a descendant of the Earl of Cotingham.

I also have another page that mentions:

GGF Fed Cotnam b. 1850?
GF Franklin D. Cotnam b. 1870?-1904
F Thomas Fletcher b. 1898-1975
S Harold W. b. 1940-

I think Fletcher is his middle and I believe the last name is Cotnam.

And on the same page

Brothers of above Franklin D.
1. John
2. George
3. Bud b. 1904?

Brothers of above Thomas Fletcher
1. Edgar
2. Bill

Sons of above Thomas Fletcher
1. Thomas Fletcher Jr.
2. Bob
3. Harold W.
4. Douglas

I have more. It's late. Let me know if you want it.
