I have found in the Warrington, Lancashire County cemetery a William (1821-11 May 1880) and Elizabeth (1821-2 Dec 1893) Cottam. Buried with them is a John Cottam (abt March 1858, died 10 Nov 1863) and William Cottam (abt 1862 - 1 Apr 1920).

These may be related to my Cottams: John (abt 1777-6 Sep 1854) and Esther Dixon (abt 1778 - 24 Nov 1869) that are buried in the same cemetery -- I know they had a son named William but there appear to have been hundreds of William Cottams in Lancashire over the years...
