Joseph Coulson (1669-1707) and his family came to America from Derby, England, in the early 1700's, apparently settling first in Philadelphia County, PA, then moving to West Nottingham, which is variously listed as being in Cecil County, MD, or Chester County, PA. (It's just about on the line.) I am descended from his son Thomas (1703-1763), and Thomas's daughter Sarah (1722-1783), who married Joseph Rich (1715-1787). I believe that all of these people were Quakers.I have quite a bit of data (names, dates, places) on the Coulson family back to 1557, and allied lines back to Charlemagne, which I would be glad to share. What I am seeking is more personal information about them, especially the immigrants and their descendants.
