Hi Jennifer

Saw your posting regarding Coulson and Haltwhistle. I've just traced my Coulson tree back to Haltwhistle too.
Mathew Coulson (b. April 1763 there) born to Mathew Coulson / Rachel Glenwright (m. May 26, 1748 there).

Haltwhistle is a HOME to Coulson lines. There are MANY IGI recorded births and marriages of them there. If you go back to this town, no matter what years. we have to be connected at some point in time.

Does my info above on the Mathews tie in to anything you have?
