Dear Rheba, my grandmother's COULSON family came from Hexham but the furthest I can go back definitely is her father William Henry Coulson born roughly 1860, there's a possibility that her grandfather was the James Coulson, born roughly 1830, who married Esther Tate in 26.5.1855 but I can't prove it.
