Coulson, Surgeon, 1800's (London?) Louisa Mary Coulson

Hi, I have a Louisa Mary Coulson who married Edward Hickman at St. Giles, Camberwell London in February 1847 - she was born in Wargrave Berks.
Her father is listed on the marriage Certificate as Robert Coulson , Surgeon, but I have absolutely no other info about him - though his wife may have been Mary, and he may have had other children including Horatio Sydney (or Sydney Horatio)

Does anyone know anything about any of these people?
