Hello John.Sorry not to have responded sooner havn't much time for this hobby here lately. I think we are probably related, My greatgrandfather's name was Osmer Coxen, one of his brothers name was Orsa Elmer Coxen.I'll list all ten brothers & sisters in order of birth and you can wonder as I did? Olive(1855-1923), Oscar(1856-1923), Orsa(1858-1887), Orville(1860-1925), Osmer(1863-1948), Omar(1866-1938),Oretta(1868-1920), Olinda(1870-1948), Oraell(1873-1928) and Orange(1876-?).Note all start with "O" and how about the last one, his full name was Orange Hayes Coxen. they all had nicknames. The father's name was Emanuel Reason Coxen. The family lived in Indiana for most of the time, lived in Elwood from 1870 to 1878.Both the father Emanuel and one brother Omar died at Elwood, As Omar raied his family there. I have Orsa died at a very youg age (29)Jan 20, 1887.I have his wife as a Alice Decker, if I understand? Your saying Your greatgrandfather Orsa's wife nane was Crysta (Blust) Coxen? Anyway will look forward in hearing from you as I have very little on Orsa Coxen from IN.and all Coxen's from IN have been related so far!
