[p. 331:] "Charles CRABB decd Estate---Pleas Before the Hon
Samuel W TANNER Probate Judge of the County of Jackson in
the State of Indiana at the February tem in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and fory five-- Be it
remembered that heretofore towit on the 22nd day of January
1827 Before the Clerk of the Jackson Probate Court, "Edward
CRABB and John CRABB personally came into the Clerks office
of the Jackson Circuit Court and Represented the death of
Charles CRABB late of said County deceased and that he was
possessed of goods and chattles at the time of his death and
requested administration of the same which is granted to the
said Edward & John they having entered into bond with Elisha
RUDDICK[?] and John ELLIOTT their securities in the sum of
five hundred dollars Conditioned according to Law and they
having taken the oath as said administrators of the estate
of said deceased the 22nd day of December 1827Test William
CRENSHAW Clk J.C.C. And afterwards towit on the 31st day of
March 1828 The said admins filed the following Inventorys

estate enters a disclaimer to any part thereof and it
appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Nancy
HOLEMAN decd in her lifetime had received by advancement
from her father in his lifetime her full portion of his said
estate and it is ordered adjudged and decreed that thereby
her heirs are precluded and bared [from] of any claim or
portion to any further part or portion of sd estate it is
further ordered adjudged and decreed that the said admis
make distribution of the said sum of $180.96 1/4 in equal
proportion as folows to wit to Adam MILLER and Harriet his

fully discharged of which all is now finally ordered
