Hi Kathryn,
Thanks for starting this GenForum. I've been using this site for quite awhile but never submitted my own last name.
I will post what I have here as I get time.
For starters, my line comes from Richard CRANCH b. 1726 in Kingsbridge, Devon, England.
He came to America in 1746 with his sister Mary CRANCH and her husband Joseph PALMER.
Richard and Mary are 2 of the 7 children of John and Elizabeth PEARSE CRANCH.
Richard married Mary SMITH, daughter of William and Elizabeth QUINCY SMITH of Weymouth, MA on 25 Nov 1762. (Mary's famous sister was Abigail Smith Adams.)
