I'm also pursuing the Cranch connection in my family tree. I am descended from Harold Cranch and Jean Smith. I know Harold is the child of one of Edward Cranch and Ronette Hunt's children (Charles Edro, Arthur Girard, Raymond Greenleaf, Walter Appleton, Eliot Gifford, Edith Rouette, or Eugene Thomas), but I don't know WHICH of them was his parent. I can probably rule out the women (after all, he DID keep the Cranch name!), but that still doesn't let me know the entire history.

I can fill people in on a number of the more recent details if they're missing that part of this family.
