Dear Paul,

My mother was Rosemary Ruth Cranch of Salcombe, Devon (born 7/4/1931) daughter of William Cranch (b.1896) - Shipwright.

I have looked quite a lot at the Cranch history and they were certainly well established in Devon (particularly around Kingsbridge). There are several interesting angles on the Cranch family which you might care to share.
