Isaac Cranfield - Burnham, Essex c.1850-1900s

Seeking descendants of Isaac Cranfield (b. circa 1864?) in Burnham on Crouch, Essex, UK. Died in Ipswich around 1940. He was a Naval Conscript during WW1 and also captained the Ferries from Felixtowe and Harwich. We think that his father (also Isaac) lived in Burnham and Canewden (Essex) and was married to a woman named Hannah (they had a daughter called Charlotte - born c.1871)

Isaac married my great great grandmother Rosa Cowles in Ipswich around 1899 (not long before Rosa died) It is possible they had at least two children together, Thomas (circa 1897) and Polly (Mary-Ann?)

Tom was killed at Flanders, aged just 19, but we do not know what happened to all of Polly's descendants. She may have married a Frenchman. (name?) We do know that she had two sons, Harold (killed in Burma during WW2) and Fred, who married a girl named Rosina (?) and had a number of children with her.

My great grandmother, Gertrude, (dau. of Rosa Cowles) was not Isaac's daughter, but my grandmother remembers him fondly and always thought of him as Grandad Isaac.

Hoping someone has information on this family line.
