Seldon, Madie Crankfield
Funeral will be at noon Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church for Madie Crankfield Seldon, Gadsden, who died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005. Pastor Larry Weathers will officiate. Burial in Lincoln Hill Cemetery. Gadsden Memorial Funeral Home
is in charge.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Marilyn (Norris) Blake,Cleveland, and Katie (late Thomas II) Hoyt, Gadsden; stepdaughter, Lucille Willingham, Gadsden; eight grandchildren, Anthony Blake, Birmingham, Darryl Camille) Blake, Kenneth (Charlene) Blake, both of Cleveland, Thomas (Camille) Hoyt, Goldsboro, N.C., Berrender Hoyt, Huntsville, Cassandra (Jesse) Hylton,
Cleveland, Timothy Hoyt, Montgomery, and Bertina Hoyt, Gadsden; 13 great-grandchildren, Kendra, Antoinette (Anthony), Dia (Darryl), Kenneth Jr., Devon (Kenneth),
Jelisa, Tiffani, Thomas IV, Tre'von (Thomas and Camille), Trenton, Brenton, (Berrender) and Kennedy (Bertina); three godsisters, Mattie Grissom, Gertrude Stover and Pinnie Bush; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
The body will lie in repose one hour prior to the service at the church.
