My ancestor, Jeremiah Robinson and his son John Lamb Robinson witnessed a will in Madison Co. MO for Joseph Moore in 1822(wife named Elizabeth "Betsy").John L. Robinson was named executor.
In going thru the records of probate, Jeremiah Cravens in 1836 sued John Lamb Robinson for insuffient bond for Joseph Moore's daughters (J. Cravens was also guardian of Amanda and Milly Moore).
In trying to figure out the obviously close relationship of the Robinson, Moore and Cravens families, I discovered that Jeremiah Cravens mother was a Lamm and Jeremiah Robinson's wife is Drusilla Lamb.Drusilla and Jeremiah Robinson were married in KY and lived in Bourbon Co. and Cynthiana, Fayette Co, KY. We haven't ever been able to find anything about Drusilla Lamb's family and I would be glad to tell you what little I do know about her.
Hope I haven't lost you in my convoluted reply, but am just trying to figure out their relationship.Thank you so much for replying to my query so promptly and you are welcome to contact me offline if you prefer.
