I' read your post with intrest since our Wallace Creasman and Biddy left NC/TN area with a "nephew" the last name Earwood and settled in Lavaca. Hallettesville Texas area. Wallace was inlisted in the NC volunteers for indian removal 1838 & we believe they adopted young Earwood because of some mishap regarding his parents. We have not determined who the parents were. If you have any ideas please reply.Wallace was originally from Buncombe county. There was also an Adam Creasman listed on the enlisted rolls.
