James and Elizabeth Craton of Wilson Co., Tenn

My ancestor Larry or Lawrence Epps married an Elizabeth Craton which the family later used the name as Creigton. This marriage was in Wilson Co.Tennessee in 1807. Larry was born in 1782 in an unknown North Carolina county, so his wife was probably born 1782-1792.
There is a James Craton who married Jenney Womack on 31 Dec 1808 in Wilson County, Tennessee. I am assuming that he and Elizbeth were siblings or at least related. Does anyone know who the parents of James and Elizabeth might be and which county in North Carolina they came from.

Is the following the same James Craton that married in Wilson County to Jenny Womack:
Franklin County Men in The Indian Wars: Franklin County, Tennessee Muster roll of Captain Sanders Faris' Company of the Battalion Regiment from the 6th November 1837 at Ross Landing for six months. On muster roll is James Craton.

Thanks for any help or suggestions
