There is currently a Crayton DNA Project underway at Family Tree DNA. Even though the number of participants is still small, we've been able to learn a tremendous amount from the few samples we have.

I'm looking for people who would be willing to be part of a pool to help fund adding more participants to the project. The discount rate for a 67-marker Y-DNA test through the Crayton/Creighton DNA project is $238. If we can find 12 people who would be willing to pitch-in $20 each, we can sponsor adding another participant to the study. We could do this once a year, or ever how often the pool decides it wants to sponsor another one. Results would be shared with everyone who participates in the pool.

Feel free to email me at ecraton@bellsouth.net if you have any questions or if you're interested.
