I asked at the Brethren "Root" site if anyone had information about Dennis Cripe. I received the following reply. I do hope this is your relative. If so, he is in very good company and I would think is likely buried in the Cripe cemetary in Elkhart, Indiana. I can share with you some information about Elkhart and definately the older history of the Cripes that has so graciously been shared with me, if you would like. I do hope you will post soon again to let me know how this is going for you. Below is the following email that I received:
Iris, I looked on the Internet at the Social Security Death Index and found
a Dennis W. Cripe, born May 4, 1944 and died Sept. 17, 2002 at Middlebury,
IN, Elkhart County.
Hope this helps a little.
