Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it so much. My tim did marry an Elizabeth Kimball and they had a son James. I don't believe I have a marriage date but, James was born in march 1929. Elizabeth and James went to Osage Iowa in 1857. Elizabeth is buried there. There is no other info on Timothy and couldn't find him after 1830. In 1830 he is listed in a census in New york. I wonder if Tim went off to ohio? That would be strange for the parents to split up during that time. I have looked everywhere on info for tim and his birthdate and to go further back. Whatever help you can give me would be so appreciated you would not believe. I can not thank you enough. I have been at a dead end forever. At the historical website for Osage, Iowa ther is a bio on James.
