Hi,

I've been trying to learn what I can about my Cromer family - Henry "Dutch" Cromer (b. c. 1785 N.C., md. Mary Ann Henson by 1811 in TN and died in Williamson Co., TN c. 1863).

There are various Cromer marriages in Williamson Co., TN - I'm sure kids of this Henry Cromer (all girls!). I think there must be more, too, but no data yet. I'm hoping to find a will or estate settlement that spells out who his kids were.

In 1860 Henry, widowed, was living with a Joseph H. Cromer, aged 28. I'm sure he was a son. Another probably son was a John G. Cromer, who was a bondsman to a marriage in 1842. I don't know his age but probably between 31 and 20.

Do you have any information on either Joseph H. or John G. Cromer?

Thanks. Joan Rose jmrh@midwest.net
